Year-End Reflections from Grant Recipients

We have been blessed to receive and reflect on year-end reports from 2009 recipients of Worship Renewal Grants. The reports tell of both pain and growth in worshiping communities around the continent. Here are some excerpts from responses we received to our year-end questions.

Reflections from ‘Church by the Bridge’ in Australia

One of the most common questions I’ve gotten asked is about the differences I see between American churches and Australian churches. I must qualify immediately that, while my knowledge of American churches is vast and reasonably varied, my knowledge of Australian churches is based almost entirely on mine.
